To use Wordly, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create through Wordly (writing responses, speech recordings, notes). By using the Service, you grant Wordly a non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing AI evaluation and learning recommendations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten others through the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Wordly uses third-party AI services (currently Groq) to generate practice questions and evaluate responses. AI-generated feedback is provided "as is" and may contain errors. Wordly does not guarantee the accuracy of any band score predictions.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all associated data (test results, mistakes, recordings, chat history) is permanently removed. Wordly reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

Wordly is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. Wordly is a study tool and does not guarantee any particular outcome on actual English proficiency examinations.

9. Limitation of Liability
