How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@joinwordly.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Subscription Renewals
Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals unless requested within 48 hours of the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
